I went in for a big chop off my hair! Sylvia did a great job making sure I was comfortable and gave me the exact length that I wanted. It looks great:) She was also very friendly and thorough.

So I was half an hour late for my appointment and they couldn'tbe nicer about it. Very friendly, kept making sure I was OK she did a lovely cut! Very happy with it
