I had a gift voucher from my boyfriend for a face cleansing and a relaxing massage. The service was great and as it was my first experience having a professional massage I was really excited. However, I felt that the staff had an unethical behaviour, the lady that was doing me the massage wasn't speaking good English and she told me that she will put on my face a mask because it was really dry (so weird because I have oily skin type) anyway I said yes as I thought that it was part of the face cleansing. But NO at the end they asked me to pay 10 more pounds only for this. And when I said to the receptionist that the other woman didn't inform me that the mask is worthing 10 pounds she laugh and make me pay it. In overall this fact made me so disappointed because I felt that they are not so professional and they don't have working ethics.
