Loved my holistic massage with James - he is extremely knowledgeable and deployed a range of techniques during the treatment (massage, acupuncture, cupping) to target my lower and middle back tension. Profoundly relaxing and therapeutic experience, plus he made me feel really comfortable and safe.

This was the most amazing massage/ acupuncture I have ever had!! My back initially felt like a bag of rocks and I came out floating on a cloud! I was given fantastic tips for keeping healthy and to increase my dwindling energy levels. I felt so calm, welcome and relaxed in the beautiful cosy environment. I have paid less for ‘hit and miss’ massages where you really don’t know how much experience the therapist has or how clean the environment is, but this massage was truly incredible as the therapist has years and years of experience in multiple holistic fields and had such a thorough understanding of the human body, mind and spirit. The room was quiet, warm and smelt amazing! The oils were all organic and tailored to my skin type, this massage really made my weekend! Thank you

I love it here! I have never been disappointed with any of my treatments! I feel so lucky that I have found someone, James, who not only provides massage/body works but also acupuncture and cupping with beautiful oils and music! James also advises me on foods, drinks, supplements and exercises and gives me an opportunity to talk about how my week(s) has been to help relieve stresses. He really takes everything into consideration to provide all round mind, body and lifestyle treatments.
