This was my first time having this form of treatment. I really struggle with my health and therefore was trying this out to see if it will help me. Rob was really understanding of my situation and use different techniques to help get rid of the fluid in my legs as as well as as a general overhaul so to speak I will be seeing him again for a regular course of treatment

I have difficulties breathing, mainly due to having ADHD and an over-active 'fight or flight' freeze-type response. I tried acupuncture with Rob on a whim - what an incredible result in just one session. my lungs feel like new. will be back for more.

Acubreathing, located within Lark Lane Community Centre near . Sefton Park,so have a walk after your treatment venue is old building with great history and character known as the Old Police station. It is warm and relaxing and deliberately not over clinical . The treatments are relaxed and therapeutic in nature somewhere were your not rushed out the door., If you want deep tissue I have worked with the England Rugby Union team and taught ITEC massage and anatomy. , Integrative treatments that offers each and every one of their services with the goal to make you feel like yourself and enjoy every moment in their experienced hands.
