I booked for wax,I need it done for an event. Despite arriving on time, the staff was unaware of my booking and i wait over an hour,my 6:30 appointment didn't even start until 7:20. The service was incredibly unprofessional,the only beautician available lacked basic technique, left hair behind,nd actually stripped the skin off my arms nd u/arms. Even i mention my sensitive skin, she kept applying strips n burn it,the other staff was laughing during apology,worst place for wax in golders green
