It was very disappointing. The staff left wax on my skin and just gave me a wet wipe with oil to clean it myself. I was told to shower at home, but I couldn’t. Later, I found areas where hair wasn’t removed. They also charged £5 extra because my hair was “too long.” Unpleasant and unprofessional. I won’t come back.
