I came to Simona with neck and back pain coming from an ill-advised bicycle ride that had bothered me for two weeks. As a result of our session, I am no longer in pain.
Simona asked me relevant questions and talked me through my options and her recommendations. She communicated clearly what she was going to do, and after an excellent massage, she told me where I was holding tension and explained which muscles I would need to strengthen to avoid future injury.
