Actually this is the second time that I booked with joy but someone else did for me and I'm not happy with my nails he did all my nails in different shape and he just wanted to finish quickly and he didn't care about my design i just asked for the ombre and the manager said we don't do that which I saw on their instagram they do in all the colors,she wasn't nice with me.
