Made me wait 30 minutes without apologising….. even though I booked well in advance. Company has to better manage their wLk in clients and make sure people arent waiting. I saw 2 other ldies also wait a long time before getting treated. Ended up walking out without treatment…30 minutes delay isnt acceptable without good reason/comepnsation

Unfortunately my gels barely lasted a week and the manicurist wasn’t helpful in assisting to find the correct colour to match the inspiration picture I had brought.
