Honestly the best nail salon around! I’ve been using Absolute Joy Spa since an awful experience at another salon in the area and I’ve never looked back. The staff are always polite and friendly and the salon is always so clean. My nails are always perfect and never chip even after being done for 4 weeks! Anita is exceptional with Nail art and makes every idea come to life and a high quality service is provided with a smile by all staff!

1st appt I was treated by the older lady with orange hair. One of my nails was shorter and she filed the finger tip, causing irritation and bleeding. The SNS was messy, lumpy with dried powder on the skin.
2nd appt I asked for the manager and had the male tech, great service.
3rd appt I booked the manager but had the orange hair lady again, and left again with bleeding fingers, now infected, and a poor quality result. The staff were pointing to my booking for manager and laughing, disgraceful

Horrible experience, definitely won’t return: My appointment was more than 30 mins late; and felt like it was rushed when it did start.
I asked if it was extra for ombré, as I was happy to pay additional for this, and they said no; but then they didn’t completely take off the previous colour I had on so it was showing through the ombré. When I asked they said I hadn’t paid for take off. Why would I want ombré with old colour showing through? Generally unhappy with results and felt uncomfortabl
