I was very happy with colour and the staff were really friendly. Great value but I got home and a couple of hours later the varnish on my nails chipped/smudged on two nails. I wasn't doing anything that should have caused this as was very careful. Disappointing as had to take varnish off completely.

The paraffin wax took a little longer than expected so was around 1.20 instead of 1 hour but didn't mind too much as could use the amazing massage chair for longer :)

I had the manicure and shellac nails but I was disappointed that the manicure only consisted of a hand moisturiser and hot towel which lasted 10seconds. Waste of money not worth it.
