This place has become my go to spot for nails and you can tell they have a loyal following as every time I go in, each technician is catching up with a specific client or friends are in together getting pampered. The service is always spot on, every time I go they take me right on time and they are very efficient. I have never had a bad experience and continue to rave to my friends in the area about the service in hopes they will check this place out too!

I had a shellac manicure and i had no complaints! The beautician did a great job and it lasted really well despite being on holiday in and out of the pool and sea!

I have been going to this place for a year now and always had a great experience, until now. I spent £70 on a gel mani pedi on Saturday and my nails have already chipped or the gel has come off completely. I returned this evening to see if they could redo the job, the manager said yes and removed the remaining gel. After it was removed he then said they would be closing and he couldn't re do. So I said I'd book it back for Friday free of charge as it had only lasted two days. He said he would only discount me so I argued my case. He has agreed to 70% off but it should be free! I will never go back. Also they don't offer CND shellac which is the hard wearing gel, they only offer the cheap alternative daisy which doesn't last. I have to ask for CND specifically.

Always great visiting absolute joy spa, the staff are 1st class. Loved my pedicure and it always lasts for a very long time. The leg exfoliation and massage are an added treat !
