Salon was nice enough and staff were polite. There was a few people having nails done but the ambience was really quiet and impersonal. None of the staff really spoke much and everyone sat in silence which didn't really give it a huge enjoyment factor and wasn't really much of an experience that you'd look forward to like you would normally having a treatment done. The treatment itself was great and my nails were down really well with a great finish but they were so quick that I was barely sat down before I was done. The treatment was supposed to last 45 mins but I started at 1830 and was out of the chair by 1850 which seemed really quick compared to all of the other places I've been. Great if you're in a hurry but not if you like to relax and enjoy the experience. It's really a personal preference.
