The staff are lovely and attentive, and the venue is clean. I had a manicure for a wedding and they did a lovely job at a very reasonable price! The whole experience was very relaxing and I would definitely visit again.

Overall application of the full set was good. But the girl who did the polish did such a sloppy rush job. The shop was empty so definitely could of taken an extra 5 mins to paint them properly. I'll probably paint over them soon, as I can see the areas she missed. Apart from that all good.

Whilst I usually come away very satisfied with the treatment, my last visit I had a shellac 'french' manicure and sadly it only lasted a week. However, I do like the salon and this is the first time my nails haven't lasted so long. And so I've booked my next visit and giving them another chance to redeem themselves :)
