Great service in a relaxing environment even on a busy Saturday. Only improvement would be that I didn't have access to the massage chair remote so couldn't adjust it!

I thought that the staff were lovely and I was treated well and on time (v important!)
The manicure only lasted two days but I'm not complaining. Although it could have been a couple of quid cheaper but worth it for the service
