I've been coming to this place for a long time now and I've always been really pleased with the service. However on this occasion I felt like standards had slipped. I booked a gel manicure and when I arrived they did not immediately seem to have the details of my booking. I didn't get seen until about 25 minutes after my booking time. The appointment was meant to last 45 minutes but the girl seemed to rush and it was finished within 25 minutes. My nails aren't as neat as they usually are and I feel like they probably won't last very long. For £30 I would have expected much more.
