Disappointed with my experience as this used to be my regular salon. My shellac was taken off using machine, which never happened before, didn't receive hot towel treatment and the whole experience went on for over an hour. Two nails broke within the week, I won't be returning again despite having been their regular customer for over 3 years.

Always do a good job, clean, shellac manicure lasts for 3 weeks, but they are rushed if you go on a weekend as they are always very busy.
