I arrived on time for my 11am appointment, which only started at 11:25... which meant I didn't have time to do my manicure. Was not informed before it was cash only, which meant I had to then go and get cash and was late for my next appointment. Staff is very nice and pedicure was good but will not be returning as I might as well have walked in to a spa closer to home.
