I've been coming here for my mani/pedi's for a long time and have always had a good experience. However, this particular time the gentleman that did my pedicure cut my nails way too short. It was obviously too late to do anything once I'd noticed what he'd done. Would still go back but will make sure I'm clear that I don't want the nails cut down to near skin.

Love this place. I was as always happy with my manicure, what I have noticed on occasion is that I have to return within the first week of having treatment as 1 nail or 2 seem to chip - however the staff always happy to fix for free. My pedicure on this visit was carried out by a new member of staff, whilst it was OK in all honesty it didn't compare to my previous visits e.g. thoroughness of hot stone massage.
