It's not nice writing this feedback as I've been going there for a year and it has been the best nail salon in Clapham Junction. Lately the atmosphere there has changed, the treatments feel more rushed and there isn't that much attention to detail anymore. This is my experience from four previous times visiting there.
The person who has done my nails lately is busy supervising what other employees are doing and talking to them, sometimes instead of focusing on my nails. Last time I asked three times I'd want my nails shorter as he kept forgetting that I had asked. When I pointed out that the colour is not even and there was a hair in my nail, the person put four layers on instead of fixing the colour. The last two times I've had to repaint my nails when getting home.
I am so sorry for writing this but please can you go back to what you did before. Getting nails done used to be my favourite thing to do whereas now it's only a thing I need to get done and I can't relax as I need to be looking all the time and correcting.
I will keep on coming here, just hoping the atmosphere will go back to what it was.

Really sad about my visit to absolute joy this time around. I have loved going there for years and have recommended all my friends. However - the staff working on the day I went (Thursday) really let the whole place down. They were staff I hadn’t seen before, not the usual, reliable and very friendly staff I have experienced in previous visits. They completely ignored me and spoke amongst themselves even though I was the only customer there. Even at one stage I had a crowd of 4 members of staff crowding around my feet and talking and laughing. Really odd and off putting! no one offered me a drink throughout my time there, not even a water! And to top it all off the manicure done was of low quality and looks patchy, very smudged around the edges. And my pedicure was also smudged 4 hours later when I put on shoes (I was wearing flip flops until then!) I also have a very painful sore on my toe from where the member of staff was rough with my toes. I think I will stick to going on Saturday when the usual staff are around, and they are too busy to talk amongst themselves! It won’t stop me going to Absolute Joy but I do feel let down by their staff on Thursday.
