I come here every 3 weeks but recently I had couple of not very good experiences. Both times take off of shellac was done by machine which never happened before. Last time a man did my nails and he came across angry and rude towards me.

New staff -the guy was rude and wanted to finish off too quickly without much concern if he was doing it correctly or not. I had to ask another staff to come in and do the rest of the manicure. Very unlike Joy Absolute Spa because all my previous experiences have been amazing.

I really like the quiet of this salon. No loud music. No loud customers. No loud overbearing staff. Just nice and relaxing... I still miss the hot stones they suddenly stopped doing!
