Rang to delay appointment by 15mins but then was left waiting for 30mins upon arrival, rather than being told come back in 30mins. Was in the salon for 1hr 30mins for a 45mins appointment! Had to ask to see the nail colours and then the pedicurist took a very long time!
I’m a regular at this salon so would’ve expected better service
