First time visiting the salon and I booked weeks ahead but was made to wait half an hour before someone came to see me. I was then left for another 10-15 mins with my feet soaking in water before someone took notice. The pedicure was fine and the chairs were comfortable. I then waited a very long time for someone to take me to the manicure desks and whilst I was there, my foot got stepped on and one of the nails was ruined. Rather than redo it, they opted for painting over it leaving it looking smudged and bumpy. My foot then got knocked again and they still painted over it and despite telling me it was dry enough to put socks and shoes on, I got home to a smudged nail. The shellac manicure was lovely so it’s a shame about the rest. There was no benefit to booking direct from Treatwell and the whole process took so long that I was able to take a 2hr phone call well within the time I spent at the salon. Unlikely to return.
