Had to wait 30 mins upon arrival so it felt slightly pointless pre booking an appointment time and the staff didn’t even apologise for the wait! The treatment itself was nothing special and instead of re-doing a smudged nail it was messily painted over; it was clear they were trying to get me out so they could close up...obviously they wouldn’t have been rushed if they had started at my actual appointment time!

Love Absolute Joy, but today they were over booked, so I had to come back in an hour (not bothered, but would have been a hassle if I had plans) and still had to wait for 30 mins, then the pedicure felt rushed. I will come back because this is not the norm I know.
