Was waiting 25m for my appointment.Paid for SNS+manicure.No manicure was done.Had to ask for even hand cream at the end.It took 1,5h instead 45m (NOT including waiting&without any hand treatments I paid for) because nobody knew how to seal the powder.Instead of the nails being sealed a layer of gel was applied&cured in UV. Effect-already after HALF DAY the layer of top coat started coming off.When I heard it's done skin around the nails looked terrible,with leftovers of powder and gel everywhere

As usual - very friendly and a good manicure. Sadly though, my appointment was at 4 and I had to wait in the salon for 40 mins. But I am pleased with the result and will always recommend absolute joy spa.
