Despite some form of error when washing my hair, everything else was fine. Nothing to complain about.

Was rather disappointed with my experience here. Arrived in plenty of time to sit & watch the person who would be cutting my hair laze about doing nothing. Watched other clients being offered drinks whilst I sat there waiting & was offered nothing. The way the junior(s) are treated is horrid. I get that they need to learn, but they’re still human beings. The decor in the salon is very unfinished, the place needs re-plastered, re-painted & the pipes boxed in. As for the cut, it was not what I was after, far too short & too much to maintain.
