I had my appointment with Elaine, and I was so nervous to have anyone touch my hair as I came over from Canada and had been going to the same hairdresser for years. To my delight Elaine gave me EXACTLY what I wanted (which I find can be very difficult to come by). She rid of all the brassy yellow in my hair and gave me a proper ash blonde with a belayage, and she was a lot of fun the whole way through. The rest of the staff were also very friendly, and I was offered coffee/beverages/magazines to make sure I was comfortable from beginning to end. Great experience - I'll be going back!

I liked my visit very much and would go back. The only downside is that they are cash only. It is very unusual that I have cash on me so I was lucky that I didn't have to ask if I could leave after my appointment to go to a cash machine.
