The haircut was fine, however I booked Alex to cut my hair but he wasn’t there, so I was slightly disappointed. Would have liked to have been told in advance so I could have rescheduled.

I was actually looking for a salon called 'Treatwell' (not realising that this name was only the booking agent.) So I had to ask in another salon to find its location.
Had a nice hair wash and a great cut. Im very pleased with my trim and thought my hairdresser was great. V friendly and I had a delicious cup of tea and biscuits. Excellent experience!

Had to wait 30 minutes for my booking as they had accepted a walk in right before my appointment. I asked for a fringe and had multiple example photos. She gave me face framing and wouldn’t cut a fringe despite me giving feedback and asking twice.
