Really decent facial overall - my skin did feel fantastic afterwards. That said, I’m not sure the products used were particularly high-quality or recognisable brands, such as Medik8. I also would have really appreciated the facialist wearing a mask, as having someone breathing directly over my face made the experience feel a little unpleasant.

The service was extremely disappointing and felt very unpleasant throughout. Given how important and transformative haircuts can be, especially for women, I had hoped for a more respectful and attentive experience. Instead, I felt rushed and dismissed during the appointment, and I left feeling upset and in tears by the end.

I always love coming to abbeville. Mariana is amazing! Even though I’ve moved houses to north London I still come to her. She listens to everything in your consultation and gives such great advice on steps to get what you want, colours and takes your goals into account.
