The staff were friendly enough and salon is clean. During the hair wash they didn’t do a head massage which was a shame. Actual cut wasn’t quite what I was after and they didn’t ask me if I wanted more off etc but still was okay, the blow dry/ style was not what I asked for, didnt match the picture reference in any way and wasn’t what she described.

This was my first Brazilian wax. As expected, it was a little painful and a few shorter hairs were missed, but overall happy with it and would definitely get it done again.
