So keen on this - extractions were painful but she listened to when they were too painful and moved the steamer when i found it too hard to breathe in the warm hair. Her advice was really useful and she explained everything - the deep cleansing facial is definitely worth the money, she took half an hour longer so she could do the job properly. Highly recommend and will go again!
