I will keep going back for these treatments and Aga’s knowledge again and again! Always leave feeling about 3 inches taller, and relaxed in muscles I didn’t even realise were tense.

This was my first myofscial treatment but I had a vague idea what to expect, I left feeling light and a bit floaty, it wasn't always comfortable but I knew it would be beneficial and help with the tension and tightness I live with. I will definitely book again.
