My first experience of Myofascial release therapy and I'm already feeling the benefit. I've had sore and tight shoulders and neck for years. Agnieszka is a very experienced and intuitive therapist. This went beyond a Deep Tissue massage. A couple of points were uncomfortable as she eased out the knots. But not excessively painful. She explains what she's doing throughout and checks in to ensure you're comfortable throughout. I'll be booking again in a few weeks. Thank you!
