Happy with my wax, only a few hairs left for me to tidy up. Appointment was timely, salon clean and the therapist was professional and quite thorough. She put me at ease and made the experience minimally painful.

So as soon as I get there I’m rushed into the chair to get my hair washed. Didn’t offer to take my bag or anything. The lady left me half way through washing my hair to go to the toilet and never said anything before she left or come back. She never asked how much hair I wanted to cut off she just picked an amount for me. Didn’t section my hair when cutting. She just cut in a straight line. Didn’t give me a mirror so I could look at my hair from behind when finished.
