Had to ask for a towel to cover me when I stripped for my wax. Therapist kept the door open the entire time. Therapist kept blowing on the wax before applying-felt very unhygienic Facial was very poor. Bright lights, no music. Door left open. Cold water used and tissue paper to dry my face. I spent £60 for a ‘deluxe’ facial. Worst facial I’ve ever received. Premises were not clean enough
