The main guy who was booked wasn’t there. A very young guy (seemed like a trainee) was made to do it and neither him nor another senior guy around had any clue on how to do a classic beard trim, and wanted precise step by step instructions from the customer. Not ideal if you want to just go and expect the professional to know what to do. Also did not use a razor for cleaning up and relied on a single trimmer to simply do a half baked cleanup.
