Called on day of appointment, first to confirm (nice touch), second call to say that they don’t do leg waxing for men (fine, wouldn’t expect a therapist to do anything there not comfortable wit). Confirmed with receptionist and therapist, not do the legs. Halfway through therapist gets called out and the boss asked to do the legs, after we had agreed not to. Ended up doing the leg but made for awkward atmosphere. Therapist was lovely, will go somewhere that work with men more regularly.
