I was soooo COLD!!! It’s a rainy day and I was so excited for a relaxing massage and I was seriously cold. I had to ask for a towel and even that didn’t help. There was no ambiance created, no nice smell, candles, lights dimmed. My therapist kept doing little burps which was hardly relaxing… There was damp in the room all over, stains on the walls - overall dirty. It was the furthest from relaxing! I would very much like my money back!!!!

Place is in a good location. Staff are friendly. Therapist was good although I realised i was home realised a lot was missed.
