I loved the face massage and the mask in the end smelled lovely. But I didn't like a couple of things, unfortunately.
1) Extraction was the main goal of my visit. However, the girl spent about 10min on it, if not less. When I asked, 'is there nothing left, maybe on my cheeks?', the answer was a single 'No'. Which leads me to my next point...
2) The girl was so so rude! I felt like a massive inconvenience to her the whole time. She kept emphasising just how absolutely horrible and dirty my skin was, which made her job so very difficult, exhaling loudly, repeating that I MUST have facials AT LEAST monthly etc. I felt terrible the whole time, both about my skin and about bothering her so much. And mind you: my skin, genuinely, is not actually bad at all!
As mentioned above, the face and head massage were great, and I loved the products used. However I was definitely not expecting to feel bullied for an hour - especially not for the price I paid.

Good value for money. You won't get the luxury spa experience (water fountains, fluffy towels, scented candles) but you do get a good treatment in a clean venue for a very reasonable price.

Their location was unexpected for a spa but it was easy to get to and their hours are very accommodating. The lady that did my facial was very good at what she did.
