I think there may have been a booking confusion. They charged me more than the treatment I paid for online and the mani/pedi was extremely rushed. Standard job and nails looked good after.

From the moment I stepped in I hated it. terrible facilities, I was expecting they would use Dermalogica products, and god knows what products where used on me. when I left my skin felt very dry rather than nourished and moisturised. I did not complaint at the time as I don't like doing so and having confrontations. I had better neck and shoulder massage than facial. very disappointed indeed. I will certainly not be visiting again or recommending this place. quite sad as only reason I booked it was due to reading quite a lot of positive reviews. due to this I will not be using this site anymore.
