Pretty poor service, kept having to stop and start to answer the phone, take money etc. The whole appointment took a very long time, cut my cuticles so they bled, and generally not very professional. When I arrived home the nails polish had completely smudged! I was there for nearly 2 and a half hours for an appointment that should have been an hour fifteen. Kept adding loads of layers of colour so my nails couldn't dry! I will not be returning to this salon, nor would I recommend it. Shellac manicure was much better, but a different member of staff, and rushed because the pedicure took so long.

It was a very good experience, the spa is very nice and staff is very pleasant. The lady who did the waxing was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable.
