Overall experience positive - it was very quick and relatively pain free for a Hollywood! I prefer it when the wax is dipped every time with a new stick to ensure cleanliness though.

Went to get an eyebrow wax and had to wait 15 minutes to get one. Staff's technique was awful. Kept trying to talk me into threading over waxing and when I let her do a mix, she left me with two very different super thin eyebrows when I specifically said not to take too much off. Priced double of other places that do a far better job. Very disappointed and never going back.
