My esthetician was lovely. But waxing wasn’t great. I had wax left on my body after my treatment. I was left very sticky. I think this service can be improved greatly. I feel the esthetician wasn’t very experienced.

The worst I've ever had. If I could attach the picture you could see how horrible the result of my treatment was. She clearly had never put nail polish on anyone before. A 4 years old child would do better. Gel all over my skin, no treatment for my hands, she didn't wash her hands either.
