Thankful that she saw me as I arrived late due to travel delays.
I had to wipe off bits of wax after which took some time. If I wasn’t in a rush I would have mentioned this.

I’m only giving 1 star because there isn’t a ‘no star’ option. I don’t usually leave a negative feedback but this was the worst mani/pedi experience I’ve had. Without going into details of all the things that went wrong, basically they don’t know what they’re doing. It was like the girl that served me has never done anyone’s nails ever before. My nails still hurt from her hacking away at it with a nail file to remove shellack. Old equipment, lack of care and just generally awful experience. I can’t talk about other services they offer but I wouldn’t go near it.
