I booked a microblading treatment, when I arrived I was told that the therapist wasn’t around and I waited for a long time. While waiting another staff member did a patch test and didn’t give me any information on what would follow, worst thing is that I booked a full treatment according to TREATWELL but I had only a test, without any other information, and they told me I had to wait for the therapist who never showed up..so I had to go. Very disappointing.
