Probably my worst haircut experience. Washing my hair was a mess - there was no hot water, only if the lady left it on a very low pressure but then it was burning hot, so she washed it mostly with cold water. Then the cut is like just a straight cut like if I have asked my mum to do it. Blow dry was not included - she offered a quick dry but my hair stayed quite wet once she finished. All this after they were running 20-25 mins late and noone was at reception when I arrived. I guess I chose a cheap haircut but I didn’t get a good deal. Would not recommend.
