This venue didn't even bother to call me or text me to cancel my lash lift appointment when I got there for my appointment (I was on time as well) their place was closed. Extremely poor customer service and so unprofessional! They wasted my time and petrol money for nothing. Really hate places that do such things like this. Why even bother having a business then in that case if you dont have customer service skills lol would have given them no star if I would allow me to!

Served quickly and haircut okay but didn’t feel very welcomed and atmosphere a bit awkward as didn’t make any kind of conversation or offer a drink or anything. Haircut ok

I had a deep tissue massage. Strange experience as they massaged me and another client in the same room (beds separated by a divider). I could hear the other person getting her treatment which must've used a machine and it really put me off. My therapist put too much oil on me and I felt she rushed through the massage. I asked for a firmer pressure but didn't get it. I suppose the massage is cheap, but I would rather pay more for a better experience and in a private room.
