They made me wait ages even though I had an appointment. I didn’t get everything I paid for. My hair was a ginger colour after the the foils came off. The girl who was supposed to blow dry my hair had no clue how to blow dry hair so I said I I got up and left the place with wet ginger coloured hair. The next day I asked if I could get a partial credit or voucher to use toward another treatment eg a wax. The kept promising to ring me back to confirm but I never had a call back from them, it’s been 3 weeks. Honestly avoid this place if you can. They are running a joke show over there. Incompetence is not even the best word I can use to describe this place!

I would have liked more information about the treatment, I came away happy with the facial.
