Turns out winta ( the lady who was booked to do my hair) was off so someone else did my hair (she was good). The price was also higher than the price list suggested (apparently the website doesn’t list full prices) so it felt a bit finger in air how they determined the right price to charge me and they told me after they’d done my hair (!). I love my hair so it made up for it somewhat but I wouldn’t go back.
