They don’t even served me, sitting there for almost an hour, then when I told them that I was leaving then they rushed to provide me the service I paid for, several staff on the phone doing nothing, when I asked for my money back they doesn’t even bother to answer NEVER AGAIN.

Winta wasn't my stylist, it isn't set up like that, I was sent downstairs where multiple people worked on my hair. It was my first time there, so I was overcharged for a total of 2.5 hours and they acted as though my hair was difficult to handle. They didn't speak in english at all.
They didn't do what I asked for, and I'd only go there in an emergency.
